Report Improper Financial Activity (Whistleblower)

Any individual wishing to report improper financial activity may use any of the below confidential reporting mechanisms:                          

1. E-mail financial.whistleblower@ubc.ca, or
2. Call / leave a voice message at 604-827-1857, or
3. Send letter mail to Room 100, Ponderosa Office Annex F, 2008 Lower Mall, Vancouver, BC  V6T 1Z2                                                                                                                             

UBC does not tolerate retaliation against any UBC member who, in good faith, discloses suspicions of any improper conduct, including suspected improper financial activity, and will take such measures as are reasonable, appropriate, and feasible to protect UBC members from retaliation.
